Returns and Refunds

14-day withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the purchase of standard catalogue products within 14 days after receiving the order, without giving a reason. Email axiaurapt@gmail.com with the order number and an unequivocal statement before the deadline.

Items must be returned without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us, in a condition compatible with inspection. The customer is responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.

Return costs

For a change of mind, the customer pays direct return shipping costs. Axiaura covers reasonable return or replacement costs when an item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised. Producing a standard catalogue item after ordering does not, by itself, remove the right of withdrawal.

Defects and errors

Contact us promptly with photos and the order number. Applicable statutory guarantee rights remain unaffected.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or proof of return is supplied. Original standard delivery costs are reimbursed where required by law; extra delivery upgrades are not.
