Terms of Service

These terms govern purchases from Axiaura, operated by Rúben André Gregório Almeida and Samuel Lopes Maia, Rua Professor Francisco Corújo, 3830-521 Aveiro, Portugal. Contact: axiaurapt@gmail.com.

Products and orders

Product images and colours may vary slightly by screen and production process. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may reject or cancel an order for a genuine pricing, availability, fraud or legal issue and will refund sums paid where applicable.

Prices and payment

Prices, taxes and delivery charges are shown before purchase. Payment is processed through the methods available at checkout.

Production and delivery

Some catalogue products are produced after ordering. Estimates are not guaranteed, but mandatory delivery rights remain unaffected. Separate parcels may be used.

Returns and conformity

The Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of these terms. The 14-day consumer withdrawal right and statutory guarantee rights apply where required by law.

Permitted use and intellectual property

The store may only be used lawfully. Axiaura's trademarks, designs and content may not be copied, exploited or interfered with without authorisation.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, Axiaura is not liable for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms prospectively. Portuguese law applies without prejudice to mandatory protections in the customer's country. Consumers may use the competent alternative dispute resolution body, consumidor.gov.pt and the Electronic Complaints Book.
