Shipping Policy

Available destinations and final shipping charges are shown in the country selector and at checkout. Orders may be produced after purchase. Processing and estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Items may arrive in separate parcels. Customers must provide a complete address and contact us immediately if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after production or dispatch.

Tracking is provided when available. Carrier delays, weather and customs may affect delivery. For destinations outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may be charged by local authorities and are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
